Volta River, Ghana. Winding throughout the country, the Volta River gives shape to the lovely landscape of Ghana. The surrounding agricultural area is dotted with small, family-owned farms that produce the very best African cacao for Crio Bru. The dark, earthy-toned beans are carefully selected to enhance the full-bodied chocolate flavor, with hints of coconut and cinnamon.
Ecuador Cacao Bean Origin

The coca river winds through a rainforest paradise in southern Ecuador until it feeds into the expansive Amazon river. Nearby, a village called Vilcabamba is famous for the longevity of its people, many living more than a century. Grown in the black soil of this rainforest valley, the Ecuadorian cacao bean produces the boldest and chocolatiest Crio Bru, with notes of green banana and blackberries.
