Our much-loved Burdick Cookie features a rich and moist dark chocolate center, dark chocolate chips, crunchy walnuts, and a touch of fresh vanilla bean. Five cookies, baked fresh the same day they ship, come nestled inside a gift box tied with a ribbon.

A Chocolatier’s Cookie

At the core of our namesake cookie, both figuratively and literally, is chocolate. The Burdick Cookie, a delight for both devoted chocolate aficionados and the previously uninitiated, begins with a lush, rich, deeply satisfying chocolate base, made from the same exceptional chocolate as our bonbons. The dark centers are hand-formed, then enveloped in a golden, buttery, walnut-laden dough. Expertly baked until crispy caramelized at the edges, they reveal a generously yielding chocolate center. The cookies are tenderly wrapped and nestled five to a box.

All our gourmet chocolates and pastries are made with only natural ingredients and without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
