Created by talented humans, using only bowls, trays, a spatula and a knife. Nothing is mass-produced by machine. Our Chocolate Chips are a blend of chocolate from Caribbean and South American cocoa beans, the cradle of chocolate excellence. This exceptional blend of dark chocolate is carefully tempered, hand-poured, and spread with a spatula to a thickness less than 3/8 of an inch. After a brief rest in one of our cool rooms, they are then diced by hand, ready for bagging.

All our gourmet chocolates and pastries are made with only natural ingredients and without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
