L.A. Burdick Chocolates Chocolate-Enrobed Pâtes de Fruits

We slow-cook real fruit to preserve its lively flavor and tart-sweet balance, pour it into delicate sheets, and hand-cut the jelled fruit into delicate, succulent squares. Each piece is finished with a layer of our signature house-blend dark, milk, or white chocolate, a rich contrast to the bright, jelled fruit within.

A Celebration of Pure, Ripened Fruit

Lushly ripened fruit, sugar, acidity, and pectin. The ingredients for pâte de fruit made centuries ago are the same ingredients we use today in our Chocolate-Enrobed Pâtes de Fruits. We use traditional cooking methods, slow-simmering over an open flame, constantly stirring until softly set, pouring and cutting by hand, and then enrobing in chocolate. Bursting with bright fruit and its delightful tang, these jelled confections are perfect in their time-honored simplicity.

All our gourmet chocolates and pastries are made with only natural ingredients and without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Sugar, sour cherries, red currants, raspberries, apricots, dark, milk, and white chocolate (cocoa, cocoa butter, dehydrated milk powder, sugar, sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin, vanilla bean), pectin, cranberries, dehydrated strawberries, citric acid.
